The Board of Supervisors of the Township of Independence will hold a public hearing to be held on Wednesday, November 9, 2011, at 7:30 o’clock, p.m. at the Independence Township Municipal Building, 104 School Road, Aliquippa, PA 15001, to hear public comment regarding the Ordinance noted below and final adoption of the Ordinance will be considered at a Regular Monthly Meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the Township of Independence to be held immediately after the public hearing on November 9, 2011, at the Independence Township Municipal Building, 104 School Road, Aliquippa, PA 15001:

An Ordinance of the Township of Independence, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, amending Chapter 200 of the Independence Township Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of regulating certain oil and gas resources development and providing for severability and repeal of prior inconsistent ordinances.
