ToGoMultimedia, Inc. invites you to the first event in a series of twelve monthly seminars that will provide a comprehensive, educational insight into the unconventional Marcellus Shale industry.
The seminar will be held on Thursday, January 26 from 11:00 am until 5:00 pm. A cocktail and networking hour will conclude the evening. Lunch and cocktail hors d’oeuvres will be provided by Hogfathers, a Washington County restaurant known for its outstanding barbeque.
There is no cost for the first seminar (a $149.99 savings) and it’s open to the general public, but registration must be confirmed at info@themarcellusshale.com.
Guest speakers will include Alicia Skatell from Zoresco; Kelly Scott from Manpower, Inc.; and Rick Stouffer from Gas Business Briefings. Rick Stouffer will be the keynote speaker at the luncheon to discuss the overall impact of the shale industry in our region.
Topics will include a basic overview of hydro-fracturing technology (explained in layman’s terms), a discussion about the impact of the shale gas industry on the employment picture in Pennsylvania; and how the future of compressed natural gas is changing transportation in the state.
Tejas Gosai, owner of ToGoMultimedia, says the seminar series will be geared to a wide demographic. Future topics will include the technological, economical, political aspects of the shale gas industry. However, the seminars will provide other invaluable opportunities to all attendees.
Gosai states, “Our goal is to make these seminars an excellent networking opportunity where you will meet business owners, industry insiders, and experts from all facets of the gas industry. And, we are expecting to attract high profile presenters who will be sharing relevant, practical information to attendees.”
