The Board of Commissioners of Cambria County, Pennsylvania, on Thursday, March 22, 2012 at 10:00 a.m., in the Commissioners Meeting Room, Third Floor, Cambria County Courthouse, Ebensburg, Pennsylvania, will take action to adopt Ordinance No. 1 of 2012, which provides substantially as follows:

AN ORDINANCE IMPOSING A FEE ON EACH UNCONVENTIONAL GAS WELL SPUD IN CAMBRIA COUNTY AS AUTHORIZED IN TITLE 58 OF THE PENNSYLVANIA CONSOLIDATED STATUES AS AMENDED BY ACT OF FEBRUARY 14, 2012 (P.L. 87 No.13)
