The Board of Commissioners of the County of Berks, Pennsylvania (the "County") will hold a public meeting on Thursday, March 29, 2012, at 10:30 A.M. local time, in the Commissioner’s Boardroom, 13th Floor, Berks County Services Center, 633 Court Street, Reading, Pennsylvania, for the purposes of consideration of an action upon Ordinance No. 02-2012 (the "Ordinance").

The caption and summary of the proposed Ordinance to be considered by the County at such meeting is as follows:

AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF BERKS, PENNSYLVANIA, LEVYING AN IMPACT FEE ON UNCONVENTIONAL GAS WELLS ESTABLISHED IN BERKS COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA

A copy of the full proposed text of the Ordinance described above, may be examined by any citizen in the Office of Chief Clerk of the County located on the 13th Floor of the Berks County Services Center, 633 Court Street, Reading, Pennsylvania, on any business day between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. and the Berks County Law Library, Berks County Courthouse, 10th Floor, Reading, Pennsylvania, on any business day between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M.
