The Chapman Township Zoning Hearing Board, Clinton County, Pennsylvania, hereby gives notice that a hearing will be conducted by the Zoning Hearing Board on April 26, 2012, at 6:00 P.M. at the Chapman Township Municipal Building, 196 Main Street, North Bend, Pennsylvania, at which time they will consider the Applications of XTO Energy, Inc. for Special Exceptions to construct three (3) natural gas well pads, access roads and twenty-one (21) natural gas wells together with a Variance request to reduce the required two hundred foot (200á) set-back from Dry Run Road. All proposed locations are within the vicinity of Dry Run Road within the Sproul State Forest. All interested parties are invited to attend.
