The Fairfield Township Board of Supervisors will hold a special meeting on Monday, April 30, 2012, beginning at 6:00 pm at the Fairfield Township Building at 834 Fairfield Church Road, T543, Montoursville, PA. The purpose of the special meting is for the Board of Supervisors to take action on the conditional use permit request by PVR Marcellus Gas Gathering, LLC to construct a compressor station/building proposed on a portion of Tax Parcel No. 12-331-113, East of State Rt. 87 and North of Quaker State Rd., T855, in Fairfield Township. The public hearing on the condition use request was previously held on Monday, April 2, 2012, and the sole purpose of the special meeting will be for the Board of Supervisors to take official action on the pending permit application. No other business will be discussed.
