Notice is hereby given that the Supervisors of Pulaski Township, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania will hold a special meeting and public hearing on May 1, 2012 at 7:00 pm in the Township Municipal Building, 1172 SR 208, Pulaski, PA 16143. The purpose of this hearing is to consider and take action on Request #01-2012, Request #02-2012, Request #03-2012 and Request #04-2012 submitted by Hilcorp Energy Company requesting Conditional Uses for the development of oil/gas pads and wells. Hilcorp Energy Company is proposing one (1) well pad, two (2) vertical wells and two (2) horizontal wells in the A-Agriculture zoned district, located at 3140 Garner Road, Pulaski Township. A complete copy of the applications may be examined at the Township Building during normal office hours.
