The Darlington Township Supervisors will hold a public hearing on June 11th, 2012 at 5:00 o’clock p.m. at the Darlington Township Municipal Building, 3590 Darlington Road, Darlington, PA for the purpose of giving consideration to the application of Chesapeake Appalachia, LLC. The applicant is requesting approval for a conditional use to construct a drill pad on the property of Kevin R. McRoberts and Kelly L. Carreon, et al. Parcel number 58-101-147-000. This parcel is located in an R-A Residential Agriculture District. Any and all persons desiring to be heard in these matters should appear at the time and place specified above.
