The Board of Supervisors of Pine Creek Township, Clinton County, Pennsylvania, hereby give Notice that a Public Hearing will be conducted by the Board on Wednesday, September 5, 2012, at 10:00 AM, at the Pine Creek Township Municipal Building, 31 Municipal Drive, Avis, Clinton County, Pennsylvania, at which time they will consider adoption of an amendment to Chapter 27 of the Pine Creek Township Code of Ordinances governing zoning within the Township. Said Ordinance regulates oil and gas operations within the Township in compliance with Act 13 of 2012. The Board of Supervisors shall consider, and if appropriate, enact the proposed Ordinance at their regularly scheduled meeting immediately to convene following the Public Hearing.

A complete true and correct copy of the full text of the proposed Ordinance is on file at the Pine Creek Township Municipal Building or at the Law Offices of Robert D. O’Connor, Jr., and may be examined, or copies purchased, by members of the public during business hours.

A copy of the proposed Ordinances is also available for inspection the Clinton County Law Library, Clinton County Courthouse, Lock Haven, Pennsylvania.
