NOTICE Conditional Use Hearing – Appeal No. 2012-06 Notice is hereby given that the Loyalsock Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing in the Loyalsock Township Building, 2501 E. Third Street, Williamsport, PA on Tuesday, September 25, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. to hear the following request for conditional use: Appeal of Robert E. Spencer to be allowed to use the property at 2997 Lycoming Creek Rd for an Oil & Gas Staging Facility to be operated by American Peak Productions. The application and plans for this proposal are on file in the Codes Office located in the Township Building. Said plans may be viewed during normal Township Office business hours.
