A second oilfield services companies merging story today. Yesterday New Source Energy Partners announced their buying out two smaller companies–Erick Flowback Services and Rod’s Production Services. Both companies being purchased are headquartered in Oklahoma but both have meaningful operations in the Marcellus and Utica Shale.
