In September 2012 the New Jersey legislature passed a bill that would ban New Jersey from accepting and processing wastewater from the Marcellus Shale. Gov. The NJ legislature yesterday just “opps, I did it again” passed another bill–essentially the same as the one from two years ago–and has sent it on to Gov. Christie. Will he sign it this time?…
