WV Establishes New Commission to Study Drilling/Pipeline Safety

West Virginia Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin has, as he promised in his 2015 State of the State address, formed a new commission on oil and natural gas safety to study and make recommendations on how the industry in the Mountain State can get better at safety.
