On Monday our favorite government agency, the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA), issued our favorite government report, the Drilling Productivity Report (DPR). The December report predicts what production will show in the month of January for both oil and natural gas from the seven biggest commercial shale plays in the U.S. This new report, while
