435 Acres of Marcellus Land in NE PA Goes to Auction Oct 30

The seven separate tracts of land up for auction are located in prime Marcellus Shale country–in Bradford and Susquehanna counties. This is a court-ordered land sale. The auction will take place on October 30 at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Wysox, PA.

Qualified buyers will have the opportunity to purchase 435± acres of land and mineral rights in Susquehanna and Bradford counties, Penn., at a court-ordered auction to be held on Wednesday, Oct. 30. The acreage is comprised of seven separate tracts, six of which are to be sold pursuant to court order.

The auction will be conducted with the assistance of United Country Real Estate through Tom Mullen & Associates, LLC, Jelliff Auction Group and MineralMarketing.com. The live event will take place at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott located at 1248 Golden Mile Road in Wysox, Penn. Registration for the event will begin at noon, and the auction will take place at 1 p.m. EST. Live and Internet bidding will be available.

“Buyers will have a unique opportunity to purchase part or all of beautiful Pennsylvania acreage with valuable mineral rights at this specially held auction,” said Tom Mullen, broker with United Country – Tom Mullen & Associates, LLC.

All acreage will convey with 100 percent (as owned) oil, gas and mineral rights. Certain of the available acreage is currently generating royalty income while other acreage is expected to soon generate royalty income. Select parcels also feature timber rights, woods, cabins, streams, a horse barn, fenced pastureland and more.

“Several of these parcels lie in some of the highest gas producing areas in the state,” Mullen said. “An investor should not pass on this opportunity to add lucrative real estate and mineral holdings to their portfolio.”
