Chart #1 above shows all of the active shale drillers (E&Ps) in Pennsylvania from 2011-2017. As you can see, the #1 natgas producer during that time was Chesapeake Energy, followed by Cabot Oil & Gas, Range Resources, EQT and Southwestern Energy.

Chart #2 shows all of the active shale drillers (E&Ps) in Ohio from 2011-2017. The #1 most-producing company was Chesapeake Energy, followed by Gulfport Energy, Antero Resources, Ascent Resources and Rice Energy.

Chart #3 shows all of the active shale drillers (E&Ps) in West Virginia from 2011-2016. The #1 most-producing company was Antero Resources, followed by EQT, HG Energy, Southwestern Energy and Jay-Bee Oil & Gas.
