Alan Shepard, CNX President
CNX Resources, a major Marcellus/Utica driller headquartered in Pittsburgh, announced a major change in its leadership structure, although not in personnel. The company said yesterday it is promoting its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Alan Shepard, to become the company's President. Shepard will retain his CFO title as well. Nick Deiuliis, who had held the titles of President and CEO, will retain his CEO title (and board seat). So, the same people in the same chairs, except Shepard's chair just got a little bigger and Deiuliis' chair a little smaller.
