Month after month Marcellus/Utica production continues massive grow at around one-third of a billion cubic feet (see EIA May ’19 Drilling Report: Shale Gas Production Passes 80 Bcf/d). We periodically hear the meme that such growth can’t last forever–that “any day now” drillers will have to scale back production.
