Almost every year MDN editor Jim Willis attends what he considers the best shale event in the Marcellus/Utica: Shale Insight. The event was created by the Marcellus Shale Coalition under Katie Klaber ten years ago. Jim has attended all but two of them in that time. Superb event. It’s usually hosted in Pittsburgh. This year, because of COVID-19 concerns and restrictions by the state, the event will be completely virtual. Shale Insight will be held Sept. 29 through Oct. 1. Because it’s virtual, there’s no excuse for you not to attend!
