Jim Willis is Back – A Personal Thank You

Thank you to the MDN audience for your understanding during my absence last Thursday and Friday and the many (many!) well wishes, kind thoughts, and prayers as my family endured the funeral of my only sibling, my beloved sister Jennifer, who died unexpectedly. Although the funeral was difficult, we were surrounded by a large and loving extended family and friends, for which we are grateful. I am also deeply grateful to the fantastic MDN audience for your uplifting words. You are the very best. – Jim Willis

  1. Hello Jim,
So Sorry for your loss. Sisters are Gods special gift to us..!

I wanted to let you know that I’m being billed twice MDM.
I paid the annual fee but it keeps changing me monthly also.

Thanks and may God keep you and your family in the palm of his hand during this time.

  2. Jim, I’m sorry for your loss. I had a sister that passed a little over a year ago after a head-on collision with another car. I didn’t see her much in the last 30 years. She was very a independent person, a free spirit, and not concerned with anyone’s opinion of her. Although we were not close, the week after her death I found myself crying over odd things, like a song on the radio or a story of someone who did well, or didn’t. My wife has a friend who said that she thought the death of a sibling affected people differently than that of a parent. My wife and I lost 3 of our 4 parents in an 18 month span. None of those deaths affected me in the same way as my sister’s. I wish you well and pray you well!
