Moody’s Oil & Gas Liquidity Stress Index Hits Worst-ever Level

Ratings service Moody’s issued a flash update yesterday to let everyone know that their Oil & Gas Liquidity Stress Index, a measure of the liquidity health of oil and gas companies, hit a worst-ever high of 27.2%.
