As Predicted, Trump Nominates Nuke/Coal Proponent to FERC

In August MDN told you the rumor mill was in overdrive that Trump has already picked a replacement for outgoing Federal Energy Regulatory Commission member Rob Powelson (see Disappointing: Trump to Nominate Nuke/Coal Proponent to FERC). The rumor was that Bernard McNamee, head of the Department of Energy’s Office of Policy, would become Trump's nominee. Yesterday Trump made it official and announced he would nominate McNamee.
