
In May 2016, the out-of-control Obama EPA issued new methane air emissions rules as a back-door way to try and regulate the oil and gas industry (see

15 States File Lawsuits to Block EPA O&G Methane Rule). When President Trump assumed office, the Trump EPA set about working to undo some of the damage (see
