Upstream PA 2020 – In-Person Event 2 Weeks Away!

| |

Each year one of MDN Editor Jim Willis’ favorite events to attend is the Upstream PA event, planned and hosted by our buddy Joe Barone at Shale Directories. Unfortunately, Jim will have to miss this year’s event, being held Oct. 29 in State College, due to ongoing recovery from COVID-19. Jim and his wife are doing OK–it’s just taking a loooong time to get over the bug. At any rate, if you don’t have the coronavirus, you should attend! There’s still a few open seats and this event sells out each year.

The major drillers in the Appalachian Basin have shut in a considerable amount which is driving the price increase.

NatGas traders think people will be hunkering down this winter and it will drive increased usage. Even though NatGas in storage is 11% higher this year, they believe $3.00 NatGas will be here for the winter.

Does permitting increase the remainder of 2020? Are more rigs coming to PA? How much does drilling increase?

Plan on attending the 8th Annual Upstream PA 2020 Conference to understand the dynamics of NatGas pricing and what it means for drilling activity.

Just a few seats left! Register Now!

These experts will give insight into the pricing and what it means for your company:

Dave Spigelmyer, President of the Marcellus Shale Coalition will present on the state of the industry in Pennsylvania and give you the outlook for natural gas in the Appalachian Basin. You don’t want to miss his outlook for the remainder of 2020 and look at 2021.

George Stark with Cabot Oil & Gas Corporation, Rob Boulware with Seneca Resources and Scott Snow with Repsol Oil & Gas will highlight their workforce and community engagement activities and how they are helping to build stronger communities.

Tim Mullen with Chief Oil & Gas will discuss the results and mitigation techniques through analysis of over 350 frac hits on how to minimize parent/child interactions during completion operations.

Plan on attending Upstream PA 2020 on October 29th at Toftrees Golf Resort in State College, PA.
