Joe Biden can't help himself. When you get to a certain age, the motto becomes "older and bolder." That fits Biden. His handlers hate it when old Joe goes off script--when he shares his true thoughts. It happened yesterday, two days before the all-important mid-term election, when Biden slipped up and revealed he is committed to blocking all offshore drilling. At least, that's what we think he meant. We'll explain.
