Southwest Ohio Power Plant Sold to ArcLight Capital Partners
Another day, another gas-fired power plant has been sold. It's becoming a routine thing. Yesterday, ArcLight Capital Partners announced that it has entered into definitive agreements to acquire 100% of the economic interests in Middletown Energy Center, a 484 megawatt (MW) natural gas-fired power plant located in Butler County, Ohio.
