Lee Shuman - Net Power CFO
Net Power, backed by the Rice brothers (of Rice Energy and EQT fame), is on a mission to develop and deploy technology to capture every carbon dioxide from natural gas-fired power plants. A year ago (April 2025), the company fired both its President and Chief Financial Officer (see Shakeup at Rice-Backed Net Power; President and CFO Both Out). CEO Danny Rice added both roles to his plate on a "temporary" basis. Temporary lasted a year. The company announced yesterday that it has finally appointed a new CFO.
