Buyouts in Oilfield Services Sector Impact Marcellus/Utica

A second oilfield services companies merging story today. Yesterday New Source Energy Partners announced their buying out two smaller companies--Erick Flowback Services and Rod's Production Services. Both companies being purchased are headquartered in Oklahoma but both have meaningful operations in the Marcellus and Utica Shale.
