The EPA is getting ready to drop draconian new regulations on the oil and gas industry claiming that methane is leaking out everywhere. A major field study led by Colorado State University and published this week in the peer reviewed journal Environmental Science & Technology examined 114 gathering facilities and 16 processing plants across 13 states looking for methane leaks.
