The Critical Role of NatGas for New England’s Electric Generation

Not that there was ever any doubt, but natural gas is critical to New England. Why? Because it is the #1 source for powering electric generation in the region. Coal plants and the region’s last nuclear plant are closing. The only thing that stave off rolling blackouts is natural gas.
