New Law: Ohio Landmen DON’T Need a Real Estate License

Last September the Ohio Supreme Court handed down a decision that requires oil and gas landmen working in Ohio to have a real estate license (see OH Supreme Court Rules Independent Landmen Need Real Estate License). The state legislature just overruled that decision.
