AlphaGen Wants to Replace NYC Peaker Plants with New NatGas Tech

| |
For years, the radical Democrats who run New York City like mafia bosses have targeted (for assassination) small "peaker" power plants---the electric power plants that can jump online quickly during periods of high demand like cold snaps in the winter and hot spells in the summer. The radicals in the party claim it's better to go with no electricity (blackouts) than to produce a little extra carbon dioxide that goes into Mother Earth's atmosphere, where it supposedly is toasting us all to death. It's bizarre, but there you have it. Better to be in a blackout than produce CO2. In 2023, the New York Independent System Operator (NYISO), the nonprofit that oversees the state’s electricity system, said "Enough!" with that kind of flawed thinking and ordered four NYC peakers headed for assassination to remain online (see NY Grid Operator to Keep 4 NYC Peakers Online Past Deadline). Now comes word of a plan to replace those four peakers — with more natgas/diesel dual-fuel peakers. Love it!
