Gov. Cuomo Continues Trend of Excuses on Fracking Issue

Is New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo is an economic ignoramus? His own statements seem to indicate he's clueless when it comes to the benefits of shale drilling and how it would impact the upstate economy. Yesterday, Gov. Spineless offered yet more excuses for his waffling on the issue of fracking:
