MarkWest Energy Board Change: Bailey Retiring, Bruckmann Joining

A change on the way to the board of directors for MarkWest Energy--arguably the biggest midstream player in the Marcellus/Utica region. MarkWest announced today that Keith Bailey is retiring from the board in June. In his place MarkWest is putting forward for nomination William Bruckmann III, currently a consultant but formerly with Williams. Here's the announcement:
