WV DEP Launches New Website to Assist with Storage Tank Law

As MDN previously reported, the coal industry accident in West Virginia where a chemical tank leaked, temporarily polluting the drinking water for 300,000 WV residents not only affected the coal industry, but the natural gas drilling industry too.
