Reminder: NY Landowner Frack Ban Protest Today in Binghamton, NY

A quick reminder from the Central New York (CNY) Landowner Coalition–perhaps the largest of the member coalitions that belong to the Joint Landowners Coalition of New York (JLCNY)–that today, Jan. 5, there is a mass protest scheduled in Binghamton, NY to send the message very loud and very clear to Gov. Andrew Cuomo that he screwed up big-time with his politically-based decision to ban fracking in the Empire State. Here’s the details for the protest:

A Mass Protest Against Cuomo’s Drilling Ban
This Monday, January 5th, 2015

The Holiday Inn in downtown Binghamton, NY
2-8 Hawley Street Binghamton NY 13901

It All Starts With A Protest!

Some questions surfacing right now are: “What can we do to reverse this?” “Does this qualify as a taking of our constitutional rights?” “Can we sue the State for lost revenue?” Well, the first step to get solid answers and turn this around for us begins January 5th. THIS MONDAY we will be joining with 38 other NY landowner coalitions to collectively protest the governor’s ban.

We need thousands to show up to tell Cuomo that he has made a huge mistake and that we will not accept his lies and denial of true science to appease his Hollywood and green elitists. Bring your family, your friends – whatever you need to do to be there, please do it.

See You on January 5th!!!
