Leakers Were Right: Trump Elevates Laura Swett to FERC Chair

Two weeks ago, MDN brought you the rumor that President Trump was about to appoint newly confirmed Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Commissioner Laura Swett as the next Chairperson of the agency (see Trump to Appoint Newly Confirmed Laura Swett as FERC Chairperson). Leakers in the Trump administration were whispering about Swett's coming appointment to a couple of left-wing media outlets, POLITICO and Law360. It turns out, the leakers were right.
