PA Antis Demand DEP Redo Shale Cuttings in Landfill Report
In March, the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) released the results of a two-year study that found radium levels in landfill wastewater (leachate) from landfills with drill cuttings do NOT pose a risk to human health (see PA DEP Report: Leachate from Landfills with Shale Cuttings Safe). Real science like this doesn't fit the narrative of the leftist environmental movement, which hews to political science rather than real science.
