Kinder Morgan’s Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America (NGPL) announced yesterday the open season for a plan to expand their Gulf Coast mainline pipeline from the Rockies Express Pipeline (REX) interconnection in Moultrie County, Illinois, to points north on NGPL’s pipeline system. They aim to increase capacity by 450,000 dekatherms per day (437 million cubic feet per day).
