Bidenistas Already Close to Reissuing WOTUS Following Court Ruling
In May, after years of litigation, the U.S. Supreme Court (SCOTUS) provided closure on what is and what is not considered “waters of the United States”--or WOTUS (see U.S. Supreme Court Permanently Restricts EPA WOTUS Rule). SCOTUS ruled unanimously on WOTUS. The court came down on the side of rationality and common sense. However, we’re still not done with WOTUS. The Bidenistas (like the Obamadroids before them) have tried to rewrite and redefine WOTUS, and two court cases are still pending to deal with that. However, May's court decision in a case called Sackett v. EPA goes a long way to overturning the Bidenistas’ new WOTUS rules. But what's this? The Bidenistas occupying the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers say they are almost done tweaking their WOTUS regs in light of Sackett v. EPA.
