PA DEP Hosting Apr 1 Webinar on Complying with EPA Quad O b/c Rule

The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) will hold an online webinar to provide an overview to the public on the DEP's approach to implementing the federal Clean Air Act 40 CFR Part 60, Subparts OOOOb and OOOOc, also known as Quad O b/c, called "Reducing Emissions of Methane and Other Pollution from Oil and Natural Gas Operations."
