NJ Democrat AG Asks US Supreme Crt to Ignore PennEast Pipe Case

Last June New Jersey Attorney General Gurbir Grewal filed a brief with the U.S. Supreme Court asking the court to not even consider hearing a case involving PennEast Pipeline (see NJ AG Lies to U.S. Supreme Court re Impacts of PennEast Ruling). Just before Christmas Grewal filed a new/updated brief with the same request--asking the Supremes to ignore the PennEast case. Grewal, an officer of the court, seeks to deny the project its day in court. How screwed up is that?
