Bloomberg Throws Shade at Constitution Pipe, Claims No Customers

| | | | | | |
The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is close to issuing an environmental assessment for the Constitution Pipeline, a 125-mile greenfield pipeline from the Marcellus gas fields of Susquehanna County, PA, to Schoharie County, NY (see FERC Speeds Enviro Assessment for Constitution Pipe – Due by Aug 21). When that's done, FERC will be teed up to re-issue the certificate of public convenience and necessity for the project. The Constitution is a speeding bullet right now, so it's time for the corrupt environmental left to try and slow it down. Bloomberg's so-called reporters are happy to do their part.
