Sierra Club Files Another Lawsuit to Block MVP’s FWS Permit
The Sierra Club, backed with money from Russia (see Anti-American Sierra Club, NRDC Get Funding from Russia), has filed yet another lawsuit attempting to block construction of the final 8% of Mountain Valley Pipeline (MVP) by asking the courts to overturn the latest permit issued by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS).

Anti-fossil fuel nutters believe they have an opening to try and bully the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) into de-certifying a fully permitted and ready-to-start compressor station in Weymouth, Massachusetts because of an “emergency” release of a few puffs of natural gas during final testing of the facility.

Petulant anti-fossil fuel nutters in New Jersey have succeeded in bullying NJ Transit into dropping a plan to build a backup (to be used in emergencies only) gas-fired power plant in Kearny, NJ. Score another victory for green bullies.
What more can we say? For those who mistakenly (stubbornly) insist that Biden couldn’t “really ban fracking,” last night sleepy/creepy Uncle Joe pledged to end the use of oil and fossil fuels and “transition away from the oil industry,” calling oil a “significant” polluter. Yes, he’s off his rocker. WAKE UP! If you work for or depend on the oil and gas industry, a vote for Joe Biden is a vote to end your job. It really is that simple. He is telling us he is coming for oil and gas jobs. PLEASE believe him.
The transition from energy freedom to energy Fascism (the forced abandonment of fossil fuels) is happening far faster than anyone thought possible. Never in our lifetime did we believe Americans would willingly choose Communism and Fascism over American freedom, yet that’s what is happening and will be accelerated under a Joe Biden administration (perish the thought).

How many times do we have to put up with Obama/Clinton liberal Democrat judges from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit blocking the legal and legitimate construction of Mountain Valley Pipeline (MVP)–a project which is 92% in the ground and done! Last Friday the clowns did it again for the umpteenth time–slapping a “temporary” order blocking construction because the anti-America, Russia-backed Sierra Club filed yet another frivolous lawsuit against the project.
A newly published paper by researchers with Harvard University tried its best to make a connection between fracking and high levels of radiation–and failed. You won’t know that by reading biased media accounts of the study nor by reading comments from so-called experts reporting on the findings. But when you read the study itself (below), the inescapable conclusion is that Harvard researchers didn’t prove a darned thing, other than there’s no real threat to human (or animal) health from air emissions coming from fracked oil and gas wells.
Donald Trump is NOT lying about Joe Biden and the words Biden has used about his desire to ban fracking *and* eliminate the use of fossil fuels. We have the video (below) showing clips from various Biden events where he unequivocally states he will ban fracking, and (in time) eliminate the use of all fossil fuels. Case in point: An anti addressed the Ransom Township board earlier this week (Scranton, PA suburb) to try and convince the board to pass a resolution against trucks hauling LNG from traveling through the community on the way to Interstate 81. Her wild claims were false.
